WHY I CREATED

CONFIDENT with COLOUR

If you're a beginner artist (or even a more experienced one who never quite "got" colour theory), you might feel like everyone else knows some secret to colour mixing that you missed.

… You’re trying to paint something vibrant, and it turns out grey.
… You’re guessing your way through your palette.
… You’re spending money on new tubes of paint, hoping one of them is finally the right shade.

… You’re scared one wrong move will “ruin” your painting.

You’ve probably picked up a brush at some point… but never felt fully confident with colour.

Maybe you've:

  • Watched tutorials that felt overwhelming or too fast

  •  Bought all the colours, but still can't seem to mix what you want

  •  Tried following the “rules”… but still feel like you’re winging it.

That's exactly what Confidence with Colour Program helps you with, so that you start creating oil paintings that look like the beautiful references you begin with.

Before the course, I was nervous and would tend to purchase colours rather than mix to make the colours I wanted. Now that I’ve finished the course, I feel so much happier and more confident and curious.

KATE M.

Yani is a beautiful and thoughtful teacher. This was such a concise and engaging short course, with the right amount of theory and practice to engage with each module.
